Having completed the Boston Marathon and competed in bodybuilding competitions after age 45, Amy understands the dedication, discipline, and mindset required to pursue ambitious fitness goals.
With a degree in Health Education from Brigham Young University and more than 20 years of experience helping people improve their health, Amy is passionate about helping runners of all ages and abilities build endurance, gain confidence, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
believe you are capable of more than you think! My coaching philosophy is built on consistency, discipline, and the belief that big goals are achieved through small, daily actions.
I'm passionate about helping runners challenge their perceived limits, build confidence, and discover what their bodies are capable of at any age.
I believe training should be challenging but sustainable, with a balance of purposeful running, strength training, proper fueling, and recovery.
Whether you're training for your first ultramarathon or chasing a new personal best, my goal is to help you enjoy the process, trust your training, and cross the finish line stronger and more confident than when you started.
