I’m a Nashville-based endurance athlete who has raced everything from local road races and half marathons to multi-sport events. I lead the F45 East Nashville Run Club, and you’ll often find me volunteering along our local greenways. Running gave me structure, community, and confidence, and I started Pacewise Coaching to help others find the same. My sweet spot is first-time racers: runners who want to finish strong, stay healthy, and actually enjoy the process. I coach athletes in person around Nashville and virtually anywhere.
Every runner is different, so every plan should be too. I don’t hand out generic, one-size-fits-all programs. Your plan is built around your life: your work schedule, available time, current fitness, and goals, and it adapts when life happens.
My coaching is grounded in exercise science. Most of your running should feel easy, building aerobic fitness without burning you out. We use heart rate and effort to guide training, practice smart pacing so race day feels controlled, and progress gradually to help prevent injury. Strength, rest, and recovery are part of the plan, not afterthoughts.
Data matters, but so does the person behind it. I’m here to encourage you, answer questions, and adjust when things don’t go perfectly. My goal is simple: get you to the start line healthy and confident, across the finish line proud of what you accomplished, and ready for what’s next.
