My own running journey began in 2019 and since then I kept running on and off. But last November, what started as a personal challenge quickly developed into a passion for performance, physiology, and evidence-based training.
With a professional background in technical writing and a strong interest in sports science, I enjoy turning complex concepts into practical, accessible knowledge.
As both a runner and a coach, I believe in sustainable progress, individualized training, and finding the right balance between challenging your limits and respecting your body's capacity to adapt.
I believe that successful running is not just about getting faster, but about becoming a stronger, more resilient, and better-informed athlete.
Having navigated multiple running-related injuries while designing my own training plans and achieving personal bests in the 10k and half-marathon, I understand the importance of balancing ambition with consistency, progressive overload, and adequate recovery.
Beyond my personal running journey, I co-manage Dincolo de km (@dincolodekm), an educational project developed in collaboration with a physiotherapist, where we aim to help runners better understand training, injury risk reduction, rehabilitation and training science.
I believe in empowering runners through education, individualized training, and a balanced approach that prioritizes both performance and long-term health.
