I’m a full time working mom and I know firsthand how hard it can be to make time for yourself. Running has been my outlet since college and it’s something I’ve held onto through every stage of life.
Now, I love helping other runners do the same-whether you’re chasing a goal, coming back after a break or just trying to stay consistent. There’s nothing better than watching someone realize what they’re capable of, both mentally and physically.

I’m a firm believer that we all began running for a reason and we should never forget why we started.
I also believe that running not only has physical benefits, but mental benefits as well and both are of great significance.
I want to help create a healthy relationship with running and never forget the joy it brings to your life.
