My running journey spans many years and includes marathon and half-marathon racing. Through personal experience, I have developed a deep appreciation for endurance training, physical fitness, and the importance of consistency. My UESCA education has strengthened this foundation with evidence-based knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, injury prevention, and training methodology. I value continuous learning and believe that effective coaching combines scientific knowledge, practical experience, and respect for each runner's individual needs.
My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every runner is unique and deserves an individualized, science-based approach to training. I emphasize gradual progression, consistency, appropriate recovery, and injury risk reduction, always considering each athlete's abilities, goals, and lifestyle. I believe that successful coaching goes beyond physical performance; it also involves motivation, confidence, communication, and mental well-being. My goal is to help runners develop sustainably, enjoy the training process, and achieve meaningful, realistic goals. Above all, I value continuous learning and the integration of scientific evidence with practical experience.
