About Neil

It started with getting lapped in the 1600m in middle school. My journey in running started with falling short and assuming this wasn’t what I was cut out to do. With runners in the family, I assumed that those genes didn’t belong to me and that I just didn’t have the body type to run. Running was either seen as a punishment in sports, or an attempt to lose weight. Nothing for enjoyment.

Coaching Philosophy

Consistency
I firmly believe that consistency compounds. To be the best version of ourselves, it takes discipline. Consistently getting the little things right leads to success.

Creativity
No runner looks the same, so no training plan should look the same, either. My goal is to meet you where you are, and create an experience personal to you.

Communication
At the core, I want to be a great communicator with every athlete I have a chance to work with. At the same time, every athlete should feel heard. Texts, calls, and emails are welcomed throughout the process.
