I love being outdoors and feeling fit and strong. Trail running, Snowboarding, hiking or taking my dog Walkies. I've completed 15 ultra events and had clients Podium in Heysen 105, UltraX Madiera, Run Larapinta and Tarawera, to travelling holidays to hike Mt.Rosa, the Piranese, and Corsica.
I absolutely love what I do and watching the clients I coach achieve amazing things.
Being an accredited Ultra running coach has given me the added knowledge to really bring the best of what I can offer my clients in coaching them to excel at their next adventure.
Life isn't Linear, nor is training.
When we understand this, and we move with it we can manage our training load better. Health and Wellness are so big on my important list. Making sure we listen to our bodies, push when we can and rest when we need to.
Learning to be disciplined when motivation isn't enough.
