I am a 27 year old, and married with a newborn. I have been running since high school. I started as a hurdler and eventually switched to distance running. In 2020 I ran my first 100 mile race with my husband, and am now hooked on ultras. I am the co-host of Trail to 100, a podcast for beginner ultrarunners. My passions include anything that involves moving in the mountains. I believe God and family should always come first. My mission is to help as many people as possible realize what they are truly capable of and help them reach their goals so they can live happier, fuller lives.
-You are stronger than you think you are (you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to)
-A runner should be a well rounded athlete (we will focus on strength, mobility, agility, form, ect)
-Problem solving is a crucial skill in running AND life
-When making a running plan, all aspects of life should be observed and analyzed (work, family, environment, nutrition, sleep, stress, ect)
-Mental toughness is a muscle that needs to be strengthened [I will encourage you to do things you hate ;)]
-I am willing to do almost anything to help you reach your goal, but I can't MAKE you do anything. Whether you choose to follow the plan and/or suggestions I give you...is up to you.
