My name is Jill and I have been running “properly” now for since 2017. Prior to that I had an off, love hate relationship with Running. When I say, I have been running properly, that means that all of my eggs are in my running basket.
Since 2017 I have run my bucket list marathon, many half marathons,10K, 5K race and IM70.3s. I’m older than I have ever been and I am Faster and Fitter than I have ever been. I have never been so sure about the accuracy of the saying, you get better with age.
It has been my personal goal to learn everything that I can about running and help others.
Everybody can be a runner and their journey should be unique to them.
