I've been a recreational runner since I was in college back in the early 2010s when Strava or smartwatches ecosystems weren't a thing yet. Since long as I can remember I've always been an advocate and follower of an active lifestyle from fitness to martial arts to running it has been quite a journey filled with wonderful people and joyful moments now and hopefully with many miles or kilometers to share.
As a running coach, my philosophy revolves around sustainability and long-term participation in the sport through cultivating process goals and letting the outcome be the result of your commitment to the training not the other way around. I believe aspiring runners in whatever stage of life they're currently are can develop the physical and mental skills to be successful whether it is on the road, on the track, or on the trails if you're disciplined and perseverant you can be successful.
