I have been running since I was 14 years old, and in sports involving running before that! I love fitness and find such joy in moving my body. I ran my first marathon at age 19 and decided to deep dive into proper training and nutrition in order to make running marathons a sustainable lifelong hobby. When presented with the opportunity to coach other runners and teach them how to level up their performance, I jumped on it! I love it when my clients feel better and stronger once they add in more fuel and truly differentiate between easy and hard runs.
There is no "one size fits all" approach to coaching runners. I work with each of my clients individually to create the best plan for them. I coach beginner runners, seasoned runners, ultra runners, males, females, 20 year olds and 70 year olds, and can honestly tell you that I coach no two runners the same. I believe in the power of heavy strength training for improved running performance and reduced risk of injury, proper fuel, and running easy so that you can run hard and run well. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a client hit a new milestone, whether that be fueling, hydrating, completing workouts, warding off injury or setting a new PR. Every win is a win!
