About Michelle

Like other athletes, running and triathlons completely changed the course of my life. I began my journey in the 90's. After 100's of races later that include many Ultra's, Marathons, and Half/Full Ironman's, I am now living my best life sharing my experiences with others.

Coaching and crewing athletes is what brings me joy. I work with beginners to experienced athletes, providing personal and customized attention. My clients tell me I'm approachable, available and supportive. If I'm not analyzing your data, you can find me hanging out with my pups and awesome hubby, or running trails!

Coaching Philosophy

Our team of coaches create periodized training plans that are customized around the athletes current level, history, and busy lives. We have added several highly qualified coaches to our staff over the years to help more athletes, while continuing to keep an individualized approach. You won’t see us taking on a huge list of clients because we feel providing attention to our athletes and communication with them is very important. Our clients span a broad range of ages and abilities. Some are looking to run an Ultra, qualify for Boston, compete in an Ironman, or just have fun racing. Regardless of where you’re starting from, or your goals, we're here to help guide you through that process in a healthy way.
