I have been running since I was eight years old. I ran competitively throughout high school which is when I fell in love with running. I got a scholarship to run at a D1 school but only competed in one race before getting injured. After a couple of years of trying to rehab my injury, I quit collegiate running to focus on school and work. Eventually, I gradually started running again, this time focusing on marathons. I graduated with a degree in physical education and coaching. I am currently getting back into competitive running with the goal of qualifying for the 2028 Olympic trials marathon.
I am here to find out what works best for you! I want to push you to do things you never thought you'd be able to do while keeping you healthy. The most important aspect of coaching is making it enjoyable. You should feel like you are having fun while you're working hard. I work hard to learn about each of my athletes and what they enjoy and how to make their training something that they look forward to.
