My main goal as a coach is to ensure that my athletes train safely and without injury so that they can show up as their best selves at athletic events. To me running and exercising is more than just another sport to participate in - it’s, as UESCA taught me, a skill that has to be practiced and improved upon, but the ability to exercise and move, is a gift in itself.
