Above all, running should be fun and feel good. It should help connect you to your body. It should be the time of your day when you get to focus on yourself, and achieve something that makes you feel proud. As a coach, I approach running holistically – together we look at your nutrition, sleep, mindset, and fitness. As a mum and business owner myself, I understand what it's like trying to fit running into an already busy day, so I do everything I can to make your training fit into your life.
