Coaching is about the relationship: honesty/transparency, open communication, trust. I don't know how to train you, I don't know if you can reach your goals, and won't until I get to know you - strengths/weaknesses, what's worked/not worked in the past, injuries, training personality, life stresses.
Training has to "fit your life" - family, social, work, school, etc. Long term viability is only possible with balance. Highly focused periods of training are OK in the short term.
I give flexible, not rigidly prescribed training. Things come up in life that a coach can't anticipate in advance. Part of my coaching is to teach you to make smart decisions in the moment.
I also offer a Training Advisory program - your workouts, my advice/feedback on a on-going basis. Or, 1-time advisory sessions.
Small group training.
