My approach to coaching involves not only physical training but also mental preparation and emotional support. I work with my athletes to develop a plan that takes into account their strengths, weaknesses, and overall lifestyle. This allows me to create a customized training program that will help them reach their full potential.
Meeting athletes where they are is crucial for their overall success. As a coach, it's important to understand the individual needs and goals of each athlete. This means taking the time to get to know them on a personal level and creating a training plan that is tailored to their specific needs.
