Paula is deeply curious about running and the bodymind. She has found the integration of somatic modalities, such as Feldenkrais, into a running practice is a wonderfully rich way of developing greater self-awareness through running.
Paula believes that whatever your age, speed or distance you run, you can continue to develop your physical and mental skills to find ease and joyfulness in your running.
My priority is to create a training program that allows you to achieve your running goals in a balanced way so that it fits in with your work and your life. I see running as a skill where, through your training, you can continually learn new skills and refine existing ones. With an emphasis on developing your skills of perceived effort and improving your running fitness, you will also learn about what makes you tick so you can successfully participate in and complete the running adventures you dream of.
