My journey started with running, mountain biking, and fitness. Soon, I began studying, training and competing at martial arts. I joined local martial arts clubs, where I learned elements of Brazilian and Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, Boxing, and Muay Thai. After almost 15 years in martial arts, I returned to running and road cycling, which I continue to pursue as an amateur. I often coached and helped others in varios aspects of sports perparation and performance, and I very much enjoyed it, so I decided to shift my focus into professional coaching in endurance sports.
My coaching mission is to help my clients realize their potential and preserve their health with a scientific approach to training and nutrition. My coaching philosophy stems from deep passion for training and everything related to it, including physiology, various aspects of physical fitness (endurance, strength, explosiveness, flexibility), training process planning, and nutrition. I dedicate all my free time to sports and training, either for my own needs or by helping and coaching others. I especially focus on studying the latest news and scientific studies on sports, training, and nutrition.
