About Holly

I’ve been running for as long as I can remember holding sprinting titles mostly till I graduated high school & started getting into longer distance running. Technique and biomechanics were a huge part of sprinting & with over 10 years of working as a coach I’ve seen how important specific strength is for us runners…AND how runners would way rather be running than feel the gym-intimidation that can come with resistance training. So I’ve made it my mission to bridge the gap and help women feel empowered & have autonomy over the way they train their bodies for a lifetime of injury free running!

Coaching Philosophy

Through proper movement assessments & digital run analysis, we curate personalized run, strength & mobility game plans to help women understand what their specific body needs & through digital coaching we empower you to have autonomy over your training. Personalized Digital Coaching is how we change lives worldwide & through our Race Retreats we bring likeminded women together for greater connection & impact in our community

We break the barrier runners face regarding gym-intimidated & bridge the gap for runners feeling lost with where to start & actually get results when it comes to impactful strength & appropriate run programming. We’ve also seen a lot of generic cookie cutter run plans & spreadsheets leaving our runners feeling overwhelmed, confused & failing alone. Our Personalized Digital Coaching helps you balance it all, stay engaged & feel totally in control of your running body
