About Jennah

EnduraMamas LLC was created to support endurance athletes and active moms as they navigate athleticism in their postpartum chapter and beyond. We offer personalized training plans with professional coaching to support you every step of the way. Our offerings are based on sustainable, progressive training principals to help you safely return to your desired activities. Whether your goal is to hike with your kids without pain or fear of injury, run a 5k or trail marathon, or gain a competitive edge in endurance sports, we are here to help you reclaim your space.

Coaching Philosophy

Endura Mamas offers 100% customized training packages. No second-guessing, piecing other programs together, or going at it alone. We promote a sustainable approach to athleticism in postpartum and beyond, with personalized programming and supportive 1-1 coaching. We are not about quick fixes, “get your body back” culture or depleting programming that doesn’t consider the overall wellness and long-term athleticism of a mother. Vital elements are considered when developing your plan including: your athletic background and experience level, pregnancy and birth history, injury history, current fitness status, time and equipment available, and athletic goals. Programming in the postpartum chapter can be nuanced, and no recovery is like another. Professional guidance is crucial for athletes, especially in the postpartum chapter.
