I’ve been a smoker from the age of 14 until the age of 32 when I finally quit smoking for good, adopting a more healthy lifestyle. Fast forward to today, I’m a healthy 50 y.o. Looking much younger than my age.I’m a board certified Health Coach with 12+ years of experience in the field, coaching thousands of people over time. Most of all I’m a runner and an athlete. Over the years I’ve learned how to train safely for the long term, avoiding injuries. Running has been part of my lifestyle, and my mission is to get as many people adopting the same lifestyle as well.

Humans are natural running machines. Most of us just forgot how. In the process of fostering running as a healthy lifestyle practice, it’s important to be open to unlearn, before learning new science-backed strategies and training formats. That’s what I’m passionate about: stepping a step back to assess, adjust, and build on stronger foundations that can help us reach new distances and speed, safely.
