About Sarah

As a former high school track and cross country athlete, I embarked on my first ultra at the age of 41, spanning distances from 900 meters to an impressive 68 miles. With a coaching portfolio that extends up to the challenging 250-mile distance, I hold UESCA certifications in both Ultra Running and Endurance Sports Nutrition. Currently pursuing P1 Nutrition & Yoga Instructor Certifications, I am forever dedicated to expanding my expertise to better serve my athletes.

Coaching Philosophy

My coaching is grounded in scientific research combined with an athlete-first philosophy. I utilize evidence-based findings to provide the most up-to-date knowledge in the field. Supported by my husband, who has a Masters in Kinesiology, I continuously apply what he's taught me as well as seek out new ways to enhance my education, ensuring that my clients benefit from the latest and most accurate information available. I also understand firsthand the challenges of balancing a busy schedule while finding time to train. I take pride in helping runners maximize the quality of their training sessions, enabling them to savor all the other joys life has to offer. Looking at the bigger picture also helps promote a holistic and sustainable approach to running.

Every runner is unique, and I am here to make your running experience not only effective but also personally rewarding!
