About Sarah

I’m an ultrarunner, endurance and sports nutrition coach, and lifelong outdoor enthusiast passionate about helping others discover their potential through running. With years of experience balancing training, work, and family life, I understand the challenges athletes face. I bring a supportive, personalized approach rooted in science, making training both sustainable and rewarding. My goal is to help runners not only reach finish lines but also enjoy the process, build confidence, and create lasting strength—on the trails, the road, and beyond.

Coaching Philosophy

I believe great coaching blends science with compassion. Data, physiology, and proven training principles matter—but so does the human side of running. Every athlete is unique, which is why I design individualized plans that adapt to your goals, background, and lifestyle. My focus is on long-term sustainability: helping athletes build strength, resilience, and confidence while preventing burnout and injury. With a background in sports nutrition, I also guide athletes on fueling strategies to support performance, recovery, and overall health. Whether you’re training for your first 5K or aiming to complete a 250-miler, my role is to guide, educate, and support you so running enriches your life rather than takes from it.
