About Dr Stu

As someone who works with athletes all the time and fascinated by the physiology of the body, endurance sports are a great way to see how we function! I love helping athletes get back to what they love to do and perform optimally. My experience with Active Release Technique lead to working at Lake Placid Ironman for 8 years! I got to treat many athletes (including pros) and see the inner workings of the race. Loved it. That was just part of my springboard into all the distances. I've run many marathons and the training is a great puzzle we all look to figure out! Would love to help

Coaching Philosophy

I come from a healthcare background, so training smart and not getting injured are very important to me. Learning what works in all aspects of training by practicing and experimenting so you can execute is paramount to success.
I would like your training to be well rounded with training, strength and nutrition. We have to figure out the right balance with life and your goals, so the 'journey' of training is fun and not a burden.
I pull from my experience training and from the 1000s of athletes I've worked with in and out of the office. This will help me find what works best for you.
