I grew up in Indiana, but my career in medtech has taken me through New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Paris, and now Seattle. I’ve been a salesperson, a marketer, a product manager and a lean operations consultant. Underpinning this journey is the unwavering belief that we all need support, encouragement and ongoing education. I’m a coach and I’m here for you.
I believe in running as a medium towards health and a life fully lived. My training plans are challenging, but humane. My coaching style is direct, personal, high touch, and supremely casual. I believe in living to run another day.
Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of athletes from beginner to sub-elite. I supplement my runner’s efforts with efficient, battle-tested training plans. Most importantly, I am your sounding board, source of support, and therapist – as needed :).
My approach is focused on consistency and sustainability. “Sweat on the brow” is the surest sign of a prepared racer. I believe a life well run is a life well lived.
