I am a Research Exercise Physiologist in the military rehab department. I'm also a dedicated run and strength coach, running my own business and coaching with the Marathon Training Academy. For 3 years, I've mentored aspiring run coaches with Game Changers, promoting diversity in the industry. Beyond work, I cherish family time with my husband, daughter, and three grandchildren.
