I am from Montreal and I am now located in Vancouver. I have been running for over 12 years and counting. Running for me is movement, meaning, it's commuting, it's training, visiting new places (city and mountains), going out of my comfort zone, and is where I found peace. I love supporting my friends and my (running) community by being implication in different ways by volunteering in different events and different positions, from Marathon and HM pacer for road events to Aid-Station captain for trail races. My passions for running and helping others brought me here to become a coach
I believe the relationship between athlete and coach is the cornerstone of coaching. My goal is to guide the training. Once the objective is clarified, I like to break things down to ensure a solid foundation and to create positive habits for the body and mind right from the beginning. I heard there are 2 ways of achieving a new goal, first, go out of your comfort zone, I never tried a second one.
