It's not all about training harder, it's about training smarter.
Chantelle coaches the polarized 80/20 training method and believes that if you train properly you can keep your body in an injury-reduced state and continue racing into each and every new decade. Chantelle believes that running is just one aspect of your life and that it should be brought into balance with your personal relationships and responsibilities. She believes every human being has the ability to become an ultramarthoner and that living outside of one's comfort zone is the best way to live.
Chantelle believes the female body deserves special attention and that running through the various stages of womanhood required adjustments and fine tuning to keep the body in good running order.
Chantelle believes that your hardest runs are your best runs and that your mental tank is the greatest strength.
