Coaching Philosophy

No two athletes are the same which is why i create training schedules on an individual basis, I like to have a video call with potential athletes mainly to ensure i am the type of coach they can connect with, and then if we both agree i am the right coach for them weekly check ins and monthly video calls are essential to keep that connection going.

I also have a couple of sayings that i live by
Trust the Process - Sometimes an athlete struggles to understand why they are not running as fast/far as they think they should be during training. This is where i sit down an explain the methods behind the training.

Pain is Temporary, Pride is Forever - This one lives with me personally especially when in the pain cave on those Ultra Races when you question your life choices.
