As a dedicated professional balancing a bustling career, two children, and two furry companions, I understand the juggling act of finding time for passion. My journey into running began at 43, and with sheer determination, I completed my first full marathon. Since then, I've conquered two more full marathons, continuously improving my timing each year. Pushing my limits further, I've tackled a 61km ultramarathon alongside numerous 5km, 10 km and HMs.
As a running coach, my philosophy centers on empowerment through passion and perseverance. I believe that running is not just a physical activity but a transformative journey that builds resilience, determination, and self-belief. My approach is grounded in three core principles:
