For over a decade, I ran everything from 5k's to 50k's and trained for a 50 miler. I got into competitive powerlifting in 2020, qualified for USPA Nationals in my first year, and then worked my butt off learning to combine both running and lifting in the most effective way possible. I love spending time on trails, and even like running on the treadmill! If it's summer, my family of my hubs (who's a screenwriter), our Aussie and our Goldendoodle, are usually outside.
I take a compassionate and collaborative approach. We work towards goals, but we also lean into overall health and wellness with working on lifestyle and habit coaching. Training doesn't exist in a vacuum, so I understand my responsibility as a coach to cover more than just writing your run program.
