Running has been an important aspect of my life since joining the cross country team in high school. Since 2011 I have run 29 half marathons, 8 full marathons and 13+ ultra marathons including a multi-day supported run across MO on the Katy Trail. I am most often a midpack runner enjoying the views of the course and the trail with friends. However, I occasionally find myself on the podium with an age group award or an overall win.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in personalized training plans tailored to each individual's unique goals, abilities, and lifestyle. I believe in a comprehensive approach that not only focuses on physical conditioning but also emphasizes the importance of mental resilience and overall well-being.
