About Aleksis

I discovered trail running at 30, and it quickly became a passion. Since 2015, I’ve been running ultramarathons, and in 2022, I began coaching trail runners.

Trail running is more than just races for me; it's about exploring beautiful trails, finding new routes, and pushing my mental and physical limits. Whether in a race or on an adventure run, I focus on the journey and the growth that comes with each challenge. Through the trails, I've learned resilience, patience, and the value of perseverance.

Coaching Philosophy

My goal is to provide the best support to my clients, whether they’re running their first 5K, completing a marathon, or conquering a 100-mile mountain race. I’m passionate about coaching ultra trail runners because I’ve seen how these challenges transform people, pushing them beyond their limits and revealing strength they didn’t know they had. I coach to help others discover that strength within themselves.

To ensure my clients receive the best guidance, I stay informed on the latest in sports physiology and nutrition. I’m also fascinated by the psychology of endurance—the mental drive that keeps us going when things get tough. Understanding this mindset is key to helping my clients not only reach their goals but also enjoy the journey. For me, coaching is about more than running; it’s about helping people grow, build confidence, and find fulfillment on the trails.
