10+ years
My blended experience in sports medicine and sports performance has given me insight into how to guide both healthy and injured runners through recovery, reconditioning, and performance training. I have a marathon PB of 3:24:08.
I graduated from SUNY Cortland (B.S. Athletic Training) and Middle Tennessee State University (M.S. Exercise Science) and continued to gain experience in the sports medicine and performance fields through internships with the New York Yankees, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and a fellowship at the world-renowned Steadman Clinic in Vail, CO.
Movement is medicine, both for the body and mind.
Consistency is key for success.
Your feedback as an athlete is the most important part of programming.
Your success is our success! We win together.
