I've been a recreational runner since the age of 14, but it wasn't until 2020 that I discovered my true passion - trail running. Along the way I've had to navigate my fair share of injuries, including a stubborn case of achilles tendinopathy, which I've been able to rehab while training! I focus on cross-training integration for injury prevention in my coaching, and love sharing my passion for trails with others.
I like to get to know you and your goals (what gets your excited), and build 100% custom plans based on your experience and schedule. I work both asynchronously (communicating through comments on your plan) and on regular calls or texts - I want you to feel like you have a friend and cheerleader who's there for you every step of your training. I work best with athletes who want to make training fun and are open to being data-driven, but flexible at the same time.
