I'm a positive person who just wants to develop people, having fun along the way! The human body is incredible and can achieve unbelievable things!
I've completed over 100 marathons and ultra Marathons including 100 milers. I've also completed a double Ironman triathlon.
I am by no means a fast runner but I love the mental challenge of completing any challenge I set myself
