In February 2023 I ran 21.1k on my own, that sparked the drive in me to push myself and from there I booked my first marathon.
In September 2023 I completed the Georgina Marathon with a time of 4:18. Throughout the past year my love for running has flourished and I have become fascinated with the sport of ultrarunning. I have completed the Niagara Ultra marathon (50k in 4:53), Georgina Marathon in September of 2024 with a PR of 3:52:43. I also just ran the That Dam Hill 12hr overnight ultramarathon and completed 94 kilometers in 11ho 22 minutes, finishing second overall and first female. 

I believe that everyone is capable of hard things. There is value in learning to become comfortable in the uncomfortable.
As a mom of two and full time teacher I understand the difficulty of juggling life and running. Together I will work to provide you a comprehensive training plan that accomodates your schedule and busy life.
As a coach, I will accompany my athletes throughout the training process all the way to race day, together we will develop their mental toughness along with their endurance and maybe most importantly... their gut!
