I am type A all day, but with my Masters degree, I studied on how to better communicate with different personalities more effectively.

Coaching Philosophy

If there is an issue, I like to go deep into the rabbit hole to figure out the root cause, so we can focus on self improvement in diet, exercise, and mental health.

I believe a strong runner should lift weights three days a week and run at least three days per week. Periodization is important for both eating and exercise. Let’s find the best you!
