About Shiva

Ten years ago, I was unsure I could even run 50 meters. Determined to improve my health, I joined Runner's High, set small goals, and gradually built my endurance. Crossing the finish line of my first 5K ignited a passion for running. Since then, I’ve completed numerous marathons, four 50K races, and even a 75K ultra marathon. Each race taught me resilience, discipline, and the thrill of community support. Running & Runner's High has transformed my life, proving that anyone can achieve their goals with determination. I'm excited for the challenges and races that lie ahead!

Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy centers on the belief that running is not just about racing but embracing a lifelong journey. I prioritize consistency in training, understanding that gradual progress is key to avoiding injuries. It's crucial to integrate strength training and prioritize rest, ensuring that athletes develop a well-rounded approach to their fitness. I emphasize the importance of slowly increasing mileage to build endurance while maintaining a strong foundation. Most importantly, I encourage runners to find joy in the process, celebrating every step and accomplishment. By fostering a supportive environment, I aim to inspire individuals to make running a fulfilling and sustainable part of their lives.
