Molly has coached athletes on the road and track across a wide range of distances, pace brackets, and age groups to lifetime PR’s, successful returns from injury, BQs, hundred-milers, and most importantly, continued year-on-year growth and development. Molly is deeply committed to helping athletes uncover areas of improvement and break through the barriers that have stood in the way of progress.
I don’t follow a particular ‘brand’ of coaching philosophy, or rely on rules of thumb when developing a training plan. My methods are rooted in proven science, and each training plan is thoughtfully crafted for each athlete I work with. I believe that for those who want to go beyond basic fitness and work towards their highest potential, training must be individualized. I want to help our athletes hit their immediate goals, but my focus is always on long-term athlete development
