Running has been my passion for 20 years. I’ve spent the last 12 focused on ultra marathons, racing distances from 50km to 100 miles. Along the way, I’ve learned the value of resilience, consistency, and strategic training. As a coach, I bring that experience into my work, blending science based methods with practical advice to help my clients succeed. I’m also a personal trainer and nutritionist, so my coaching extends beyond running ensuring every element of your training, from strength work to race fuelling, sets you up for success.
I believe running is as much about mindset as it is about miles. My coaching is built around five core values: consistency, courage, curiosity, challenge, and adventure. I tailor every plan to the individual, focusing on building both the physical and mental skills needed to succeed. Whether my athletes are aiming to run farther, get faster, or simply enjoy your running more, my focus is on meeting them where they are today and guiding them towards their goals whilst embracing their own unique running journey.
