I fell in love with running through longer distances. These miles gave me space to think, feel, and truly connect with myself. While I embraced the joy of running, I also faced recurring injuries that held me back. I didn’t have the knowledge or tools to prevent them, but every time I found myself stuck, it was a physical therapist who gave me hope and a path forward. That experience inspired me to become a physical therapist and combine my love of running with my commitment to helping others.
My coaching philosophy is simple: I want you to enjoy the process and keep your passion for running alive. Running should be something that brings you joy, not something that feels like a chore. My goal is to help you fall in love with running—whether for the first time or all over again.
