I’m Alexis Fairbanks, a UESCA-certified run coach, runner, and educator passionate about helping athletes unlock their potential. With over five years of coaching experience and decades of personal running and racing expertise, I’ve worked with runners of all levels—from beginner run-walkers to first-time marathoners and Boston qualifiers. Through personalized training plans I provide tailored support to help each athlete reach their unique goals.
As a running coach, my philosophy centers on creating a personalized approach for each athlete, recognizing that every runner has unique goals, schedules, and needs. I focus on injury prevention by incorporating smart training strategies, cross-training, and proper recovery, ensuring long-term progress and sustainability. Physical and mental health are at the heart of my coaching, as I believe a healthy, happy runner is a successful one. I encourage athletes to find joy in the process, celebrating small victories along the way. Life is dynamic, so I embrace flexibility, adjusting training plans to fit into busy lives while maintaining a balance that fosters growth, fulfillment, and fun.
