About Jen
I am a Colorado native with a great husband and two amazing daughters. Running has been a passion of mine for many years. I also like to travel and spend as much time outside exploring as possible!
Coaching Philosophy
I have been training animals for 25+ years. The lessons I have learned as an animal trainer can be applied to coaching. I believe in making small achievable steps that help to build confidence. Every athlete is an individual that has different influences in their lives. I look at the whole person to help set them up for success. It is also important to me that we work as a team, evaluate challenges, and celebrate all the successes.
