I’m Jesse, a coach with 15 years of experience. Currently training for a 100k ultra marathon, I’ve expanded my coaching to include running while still focusing on strength and group fitness. My background in the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps instilled discipline and perseverance, which I bring to every session. As a certified personal trainer, nutrition, and running coach, I use science-backed methods to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence, whether you’re starting out or aiming for a marathon.
My approach to training is grounded in science-backed methods that are tailored to your specific goals. I believe in periodization to ensure a structured and effective plan, as random training leads to random results. Together, we’ll develop a personalized strategy that aligns with your needs and objectives. While I can offer guidance on nutrition within my scope, I don’t provide detailed meal plans. Open communication is crucial to understand your recovery, strengths, weaknesses, available time, and training volume. This allows me to adjust your plan for optimal progress. My focus is on maintaining proper form and biomechanics, building a strong foundation, developing skill, and setting realistic, achievable goals.
