Ultra-Distance Specific Sports Nutrition Certification

Adding on to our Nutrition Specific Certifications, this course promises a comprehensive dive into nutritional considerations for ultra distance training and racing. While principles of sports nutrition can be broadly applied to all endurance sports and athletes, training and racing for ultra-distances (ultramarathon, long distance triathlon, long distance cycling events, long distance swimming) requires a unique approach to nutrition. Learn proper guidelines, nutrient time, latest research, nutrition strategies for racing, and more.
