Notable trail performances include first place finishes at the 2023 HURL Elkhorn and 2024 Flagstaff Sky Peaks 50k, and runner-up at the 2024 Silverton Alpine Marathon in Colorado. I have also competed in multiple road half and full marathons, including California International Marathon, Boston, and podium finishes at the Oakland 2023 and Utah Valley 2024 Half. I finished runner-up in the 2024 Oakland Marathon as an Under Armour sponsored elite. In my youth I ran track and cross country at the high school and collegiate level, earning NAIA All-American Honors.

First and foremost, running is to remain FUN!
I have had the pleasure of being coached under many different persons and philosophies in my running career. Ultimately, I believe the best training program is the one that makes you excited to get out the door every day. Staying happy, healthy and motivated is the key to longevity in the sport. I do not believe running an ultra means nothing but day-in-day-out grueling long runs, nor do I believe popping off a fast 10k cannot be achieved primarily training on trails. Fitness is fitness, no matter how you try to package it.
