Fitness has been a central part of my life for over 40 years, with a deep focus on weightlifting, running, exercise science, and nutrition. Now, as I train for a few ultramarathons, I’ve combined my passion for endurance and my love of teaching into coaching. Helping others achieve their goals—whether it’s crossing a finish line or building strength and confidence—is what drives me. My approach focuses on building smart, sustainable training and nutrition plans to help you succeed while enjoying the journey.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in balance, adaptability, and the pursuit of sustainable growth. Ultra-running challenges the body and mind in unique ways, and my goal is to equip athletes with the tools to succeed while staying healthy and enjoying the process.
