My journey from military PT tests to 100-mile trail races has deepened my knowledge of the physical and mental demands of endurance sports. I hold UESCA certifications as a Running, Ultrarunning, and Endurance Sports Nutrition Coach, plus an 80/20 Endurance certification. This allows me to create personalized, science-backed plans. Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy centers on a holistic approach, prioritizing high-quality training over junk miles. I specialize in the scientifically proven 80/20 endurance philosophy. By ensuring 80% of your training volume is at low intensity (Zones 1 and 2), we build a massive aerobic engine. The remaining 20% is dedicated to highly specific intensity work to sharpen your speed. For tactical athletes juggling unit PT and high stress, my plans deliver maximal physiological adaptation with minimal junk volume to prevent overtraining. I also integrate tactical endurance sports nutrition into every plan to optimize your recovery and performance on test day.
